3、容、要求1.1InaccordancewiththeitemsstipulatedinthisContract,PartyBshallconducttheprojectaspertheProjectstandardandqualitystandardstipulatedbyMinistryofEngineeringoftheUnionofxx.1.1依据本合同所限定的条款，乙方应以xx工程部规定的建筑标准和质量要求执行本工程。2.ContractPeriod2.合同期限2.1Workperiodforth

4、eRoadConstructionProject:theworkshallbecompletedwithin2monthuponsigningtheContract.TheconditionofhandoveristhattheProjectInspection&AcceptanceTeamconstitutedbyPartyA,shallissuetheInspection&AcceptanceSheetafteronsiteinspection.2.1本次工程时间周期：合同签订后14个工作日内完成，并

6、方法定代表人或授权代表人签字盖章后生效，现场验收合格、款项支付完毕后关闭。3.Health,SafetyandEnvironmentPrinciples(HSE)3.健康、安全和环境原则(HSE)3.1ThestafffromPartyBshallfollowthearrangementofLocalgovernmentandPartyA(oritsrepresentatives),andcomplywiththelawsandregulationsofMyanmaraswellasrulesandreg

7、ulationsonHealth,SafetyandEnvironment(HSE)ofPartyA.3.1乙方工作人员必须听从地方政府、甲方人员（或代表）的安排，遵守缅甸法律、法规和甲方的安全环境健康规章制度等。3.2BeforeorduringtheimplementationofthisProject,PartyBshallacknowledge,avoidandpreventthepossibledamageoftheProjecttothesurroundingenvironmentandoth
