3、rmance.Thelowerskirtofthepassbandisverysteep.Thereis36.5dBattenuationin3.2GHz.WeemployZ-shapelayertoproducethelower2transmissionzeros.Byproperlycontrollingthecorss-couplingbetweenthesecondandthefourthresonator,transmissionzeroinhigherskirtofthepassbandwillappear.Measurementresultsof

5、ommunicationindustryhascomeunderincreasingdemandstomakecommunicationsystemslighter,morecompactandportable,withbetterfunctionality.OneeffectivemethodofmakingsmallRFcomponentsistoutilizemultilayersubstratessuchaslowtemperatureco-firedceramic(LTCC).LTCCisawidelyusedmutilayertechnologyf

6、orRFpassivecomponentsduetothe3-Dintegrationcapability,processtolerance,andhigh-unloadedqualityfactor.AdvantagesofmicrowavefiltersandduplexersrealizedasmultilayerintegratedcircuitsbasedonLTCCarecompactsize,highermanufacturability,andlowcost.Thebandpassfilter(BPF)isoneofthemostimporta
