1、室内装饰工程造价控制的研究摘要建筑的环境与人们的生活休戚相关，室内装饰的优劣直接影响着人们的生活质量。据统计，我国室内装饰工程在建筑工程总造价中所占的比例日益增加，尤其是以高级建筑最为明显。但室内装饰工程所需的投资由于装饰工程的设计多样，工艺复杂，材料品种多价格差大等特点还是很难较准确的预算出，因此，室内装饰工程造价的造价控制就成了现代建筑造价中日益突显出来。本文以室内装饰工程造价控制为研究对象，首先简要阐述我国现阶段室内装饰工程所使用的计价模式——工程量清单计价模式在室内装饰工程中的优势，然后根据所搜集的案例进行分析，分析室内装饰工

2、程的造价组成，并找出控制室内装饰工程造价主要的影响因素，最后本文在设计阶段和施工阶段中，提出控制室内装饰工程造价的方法、策略。通过本文的研究，希望可以对室内装饰工程造价控制方面有所了解认知，能够在以后的工作中遇到相关问题的到一些帮助。关键词：室内装饰造价控制计价模式施工管理AstudyontheCostControlofInteriorDecorationEngineeringABSTRACTTheenvironmentofbuildingsiscloselyrelatedwithpeople'slifeandtheinteriord
