1、我国现场签证管理问题及应对措施研究摘要本文主要针对目前工程中较为常见的现场签证相关问题展开论述。工程现场签证是施工过程中遇到问题时，由于报批需要时间，所以在施工现场由现场负责人当场审批的一个过程，是指发、承包双方现场代表（或其委托人）就施工过程中涉及的责任事件所作的签认证明。几乎每个工程无论是事前、事后、事中都会有现场签证的产生。因此，我们必须重视现场签证，才能保证工程的进展顺利。本文首先就我国工程现场签证进行了大致介绍，分别对概念、分类、原则、出现的问题进行介绍；其次，本文对我国工程现场签证相关问题的
2、解决措施进行介绍，并提出相应的改革方法，最后以中国航天科工集团第三研究院668工程下属的8357研究所工程的安防楼控工程项目为案例，对工程现场签证进行总结与分析。由于施工现场是不断变化的，因此就造成在实施过程中有许多问题需现场解决。可以说，任何一套图纸都会由于跟现场情况不符而发生变更，并需要采取不同的措施而发生签证，进而也影响工程造价的高低。故此，现场签证的管理对建设项目全过程的造价管理来说也是最难、最复杂的。因而加强工程签证管理，对于提高项目的投资效益具有重要的现实意义。关键词：现场签证签证问题解决措
