2、，或者说是新兴崛起的一系列国家，都在感受着这场金融巨风带来的狂扫与震撼。从1997年泰铢引发的亚洲金融危机到2008年美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机的全面爆发，我国面临外部需求萎缩带来的经济下滑的风险。本课题通过比较1997年与2008年国际金融危机成因、特征和影响，旨在透过近十几年来两次金融危机的表象，把握经济运行的规律。通过分析比较这两次金融危机的成因，总结出其内在的相同点，再分析我国现阶段经济运行的形式，找出我国经济发展中存在的问题，提出相应的合理化的建议。以及通过比较两次经济危机的特征和影响，总结出金融
