1、近年来,社区问题越来越受到各界人士的关注,社区建设的试验和探索在全国开展起来,初步形成了上海模式、沈阳模式、江汉模式和青岛模式GCr15轴承钢球强化工艺和装备的研究设计 GCr15轴承钢球强化工艺和装备的研究设计 摘要:本论文重点对GCr15轴承钢球强化工艺的设计进行了讨论,同时对强化后其可能存在的强化工艺缺陷进行了分析从而确定质量控制方法。钢球在不同强化工艺下虽然都能达到其使用要求,但所需的成本却大不相同,因此在满足其使用要求的同时也应该注意生产成本。强化常常因操作、原材料等产生缺陷,但只要有正确的强化工艺并严格按工艺进行加工强化缺陷也是可以避免的,即使产生了
