8、GB50026-2007）2、工程概况2.1拟建的石河子市成渝大厦场地位于石河子市3#小区北二路以南、市政府路以北，处于石河子市雕塑广场以西、音乐广场以东的老市政府办公大楼位置处。施工场地平坦，狭小，拟建建筑物为东西走向，地下3层（负一层高度5.0ｍ，负二、三层高度4.0ｍ），地面以上主楼32层，总高度99.8m；裙楼为4层（一层高度5.0ｍ，二、三层高度4.5ｍ，四层高度5.8ｍ），总高度19.8m,住宅部分层高2.85ｍ，建筑物东西长130m，南北宽66.8m，占
