4、方案是解决单锤打桩功率不足问题的一种有效方法。作者对多锤同步振动控制的基本原理进行了论述，在此基础上设计了基于贝加莱ACOPOSinverter变频器和EthernetPowerlink工业实时以太网的主从速度补偿同步振动控制系统并制订了速度同步与相位同步的控制策略。工业试验表明，这种基于实时高速以太网通讯的多锤联动控制系统能较好地实现同步振动，其响应快速，稳定性好，速度差与相位差均能满足施工要求。关键词：打桩锤；多锤联动；同步振动；ACOPOSinverter变频器；EthernetPowerlink工业实时以太网中图分类号：TP271文
