5、··················23§5-3主要工程量及材料················································231第一章倒虹吸管的构造及布置第一节布置原则及形式倒虹吸管由进口段、管身段及出口段三部分组成,其总体布置应满足以下原则:⒈具有较良好的地形、地质条件时,倒虹吸管的轴线应尽可能与沟谷、道路及河道等正交,管轴线的平面布置常在一直线上,以获得最短的管道轴线;⒉进口段尽可能布置在挖方(或半填挖)渠段上,以减少沉陷、渗漏及塌方现象。还应考虑:①入口处必须平顺,以减少因紊流或漩涡所引起的水

6、头损失。②小流量时仍能淹没,以避免管道内发生气蚀震动。③入口处应有防止较大砾石或其他漂浮物进入管道的设施。④进口文库http://www.doc66.com/手机文库http://m.doc66.com/文库http://www.doc66.com/手机文库http://m.doc66.com/段应保证管道不受洪水的冲击。⑤入口处应有保证人畜安全的设施。⑥应保证管道内不被泥砂淤塞。⒊出口段的布置应使出口断面逐渐扩大,以降低出口水流流速,减少水头损失,防止对下游渠道的冲刷。⑴对于高差不大的小型倒虹吸管,常做成竖井式或缓坡式:①竖井式:倒虹

7、吸管多用于通过流量不大、水头较小(h≤5m)的情况;其主要优点是施工方便,但水头损失大,水流条件也不如缓坡式或斜管式的水流顺畅。竖井式的管道常做成方形或圆形的浆砌石或素砼结构。井底部设0.5~0.8m深的集砂(或污物)坑,供清理泥砂及污物用。②缓坡式:用于高差不大两岸又较平缓,与地平线交角约在45○以内,切管轴线又甚短的小型倒虹吸管,由开敞式的进出口斜坡与压2力管连接。⑵对于高差较大的大、中型倒虹吸管有以下几种布置形式:①斜管式:②架空式:第二节倒虹吸管的进出口布置进出口段总的布置原则应选择合适的结构布置及一些有效措施,以期达到水力条件
