1、空心板梁的现浇、预制本标段桥梁梁板总共344片，其中8米钢筋砼空心板72片，16米预应力空心板梁216片，16米现浇T梁56片。8米钢筋砼空心板预计设置台座4个，16米预应力空心板梁预计设置台座16个，张拉、注浆完成后，采用龙门吊将梁板移到存梁区，再利用炮车将梁板运到架桥机处，架桥机直接起吊进行架梁作业。拟计划组织三个作业班组（钢筋、模板、泥水、预应力张拉）平行施工，充分发挥专业化施工队伍的人员经验和机械设备能力。准备台座绑扎底、腹板钢筋安装波纹管安装内模制作内模安装侧模、端模浇注底板混凝土绑扎顶板钢筋脱模穿钢绞线束双控张拉、锚固封锚、压浆封端梁体编号出槽移梁存放钢绞线制作钢绞线检验制
