2、。企业文化是企业的灵魂。在竞争日益的今天，企业要想长久的站稳自己的脚跟，除了不断提高企业的硬件水平外，还必须建设良好的企业文化。本文以WH公司WH公司：武汉21世纪不动产经纪有限公司的简称，以下相同。作为企业案例，在企业文化的相关理论的基础上，探讨WH公司在企业文化建设的现状,同时去分析WH公司在企业文化建设过程中所面临的一些问题和不足,在有关理论的基础上,对比一些房地产行业比较著名的企业的企业文化建设的经验，尝试去提出一些解决相应问题的对策。通过对案例的分析，进而，探寻我国中小型企业在企业文化建设的过程中面临的问题和不足，同时尝试去寻找解决这些问题
