1、国防科学技术大学研究生院学位论文性决策理论有机地结合起来，在对于信息源进行初步筛选的基础上，基于信息能力建模，分别应用1_oPSIS方法和SAW方法相应地实现了信息源和信息查询计划的排队、选优，进而面向选出的共享信息源执行最优的信息查询计划实现虚拟组织高质量信息共享。以现代战争多军兵种联合作战虚拟组织信息共享为应用背景，应用本文所提出的基于全局视图虚拟组织信息共享方法，设计了一个多军兵种联合作战虚拟组织信息共享平台JSQL，实现了JSQL平台的原型系统，对基于全局视图虚拟组织信息共享方法的应用进行了深入研究，同时验证了方法的可行性和有效
