3、try．Underthetheoreticalframeworkofecology,systematology,economicsandsociology,thispaperstudiestheconception，characterandprincipleofcirculareconomyandtherelationshipwithsustainabledevelopment，anddrawstheconclusionthatcirculareconomyistheefficientwayleadingtos

4、ustainableagriculturaldevelopment．BytakingZhejiangProvinceasthestudyobject，firstly,agriculturaldevelopmentbasedoncirculareconomyisanalyzedthroughSWOTanalytics；then，basedonthedatacollectedbyasurveywhichWasconductedfor3monthsin30villagesrespectivelyinJinhuacit

5、y,LishuiCityandWenzhouCity,anddatafromstatisticof2005，theindexsystemofZhejiangagricultureisestablished．AnditusesSPSSsoftwaretodividethe58citiesand／orcountiesofZhejiangintofivecategories，andputsforwardthepracticableagriculturalcirculareconomymodelstoeachcateg

6、oryaccordingtothesituationandcharacterofagriculturaldevelopmentineachone．Thirdly,fromtwowaysofthewholeandparts，thispaperanalysescomprehensivelyaswellasindividuallytheeconomicbenefit，ecologicalbenefitandsocialbenefitofdevelopingagriculturalcirculareconomyinZh
