1、广东工业大学硕士学位论文(5)胶膜耐水性分析表明,在PU中引入PA,胶膜吸水率由6.9%降低到3.8%,在此基础上加入一定量的HEMA后,吸水率进一步降低到2.8%,说明丙烯酸酯对聚氨酯耐水性改善效果良好。通过对表面疏水性研究表明,与胶膜整体疏水性提高相反,PA改性能够提高表面亲水性,使得WPU乳液更容易进行二次涂装。(6)胶膜的DSC及TGA分析表明,PA和PU具有很好的相容性,且PA的引入提高了胶膜的玻璃化温度,经TGA分析也证实胶膜的耐热性也得到提高。在此基础上加入一定的HEMA后,会进一步提高胶膜的玻璃化温度及耐热性。(7)胶膜的XRD分析表明,在PU中引
2、入PA,对胶膜结晶性没有明显影响,即使在加入HEMA使PU和PA之间形成化学键,XRD都以非晶态弥散峰为主,聚合物以无定形态存在。(8)经综合分析,在合成WPUA复合乳液时,选W(PU)=70%,m(MMA):m(BA)=I:1,W(HEMA)=10%的合成条件,所得复合乳液及其胶膜的综合性能最佳。(9)在合成基于HDI/IPDI的PPC型水性聚氨酯乳液时,HDI/IPDI比例、R值、DMPA含量、EDA含量对WPU乳液及胶膜性能都会产生影响,通过综合分析,当HDI/IPDI为0.5/1,R值为1.6,DMPA含量为5%,EDA含量为1.2%时乳液及胶膜性能最佳。
