2、s,relationshipfinancinghasgraduallybecomearesearchofgovernmentsandeconomists,andhasbecomeoneoftheimportantmeasuresintheUnitedStates,JapanandotherdevelopedcountriestoresolvetheplightofSMEfinancing.Butitisjustafinancingarrangement,notonlycanbeusedindevelopedcountries,
3、butalsoindevelopingcountries.Inthisthesis,first,Iwilldothetheoreticalanalysis,introducingmicro-foundationforrelationshipfinancing,thatisborrower’sdemandandlender’ssupply.Second,taketheGrameenBankofBangladeshasanexample,becausetheGrameenBank’sfinancingmodelisrelation
4、shipfinancing.Then,combinetheactualsituationofborrowersandlendersinChina’sruralareas,andfindthatrelationshipfinancingismoresuitableforthem.Onthebasisofthese,theruralsocialandculturalbackground,thatisthenetworkofsocialrelationship,whichiswidespreadinChina’sruralareas
5、isfittosuchfinancingarrangements.Inrelativelyclosedeconomyinruralareas,peopleattachgreatimportancetorelationshipsamongthefamilies.Networkofrelationshipsamongpersonnelarebasedonmutualtrustandcooperation,whichhasformedakindofconsensusandatmosphere,regulatingthebehavio
6、rofmembersofsociety.Socialnetworkprovidesallmarketparticipantswithaccesstoinformation,bywhichrelationshipfinancingcanalleviatetheasymmetricinformationinruralareas.Informationasymmetryisalsorelative.Thisthesisconcludesthatrelationshipfinancingisverysuitableinruralare
