3、thequality,ontheotherhangthegovemmentislackofalong．termrenovationworkplan，resultinginalotofproblemsinthetransformationoftheurbanenvironment．Witlltherapidincreasingofagingpopulation，Makinglivablelivingenvironmentoftheelderlybecomemoreimportant．Inthispaper，Theauthorcho
