1、┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊┊┊┊线┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊城市停车问题的研究摘要我国机动车数量急剧增长，引发了停车难的问题。目前我国城市停车问题愈演愈烈,停车供给不足与停车需求过剩的矛盾日益凸显。停车行为混乱,占道停车导致道路交通阻塞较为严重。停车问题不仅加重了城市动态交通的负荷,而且严重影响到城市主动脉的通畅。因此,解决城市停车问题迫在眉睫!本文以城市停车问题为研究对象,以停车相关停车的相关理论为支撑，分析了停车行为过程及其影响因素，总结出目前城市停车存在的问题及其产生停车问题的原因。由于停车问题从规划建设到管理,存在于多
2、个层面,因此本文将从不同层面与角度提出解决停车问题的对策与优化措施。本文从三个层面解决停车问题。规划层面主要有城市停车特征结构与停车的供求关系的分析、实施停车专项规划；技术层面上优化包括建立停车诱导系统、推广机械式立体停车库、使用停车自动收费系统，推行IC卡付费方式等；管理层面上包括建立健全停车场管理的法规、运用价格机制管理、提高管理人员的素质等。只有三个层面相互联系,相互结合,综合治理,才能全方位的缓解和改善城市停车困难的问题,保持交通的可持续发展。关键词：城市停车，停车管理,停车诱导系统，停车政策┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊
