1、摘要随着我国市场经济体制的建立和完善，我国垄断行业在维护我国经济的稳定和发展的同时，也呈现出越来越多的问题和矛盾。与其他发达国家相比，我国垄断行业拥有其特殊的形成过程和存在方式。旧有的垄断行业经营方式急需改革和完善。因此，分析我国垄断行业的形成原因与发展现状，探索我国垄断行业的改革和发展途径至关重要。本文通过对垄断行业的定义、特征及分类等理论的的概述，结合我国垄断行业如今的发展状况，阐明了我国垄断行业存在的一系列问题。在看到我国垄断行业存在问题的同时，也分析了我国垄断行业为我国经济发展所做出的突出贡献。通过对我国垄断行业形成

2、和发展的内外部多种因素的综合分析，结合我国解决垄断行业问题的国家政策，阐明了我国垄断行业的发展方向和改革途径。从国家的角度，企业的角度，以及每一个国民的角度去看待我国垄断行业的改革问题，为我国垄断行业营造一个健康、有序的发展环境。关键词：垄断环境制度TheResearchAbouttheCurrentSituationandTrendofDevelopmentofDomesticMonopolyIndustryAbstract：Withtheestablishmentandconsummationofthemarketeco
