1、WORD整理版我国网络招聘中存在的问题及对策研究摘要随着网络的普及，我国网络招聘也进入了快速发展期，相比传统招聘网络招聘具有招聘范围广、无地域限制、高效快捷、费用低等优势。与此同时，网络招聘过程中也出现了一系列的问题亟需研究。本文以网上搜索普查和Spss数据分析方法为主要研究方法，兼以文献分析，概述国内外网络招聘的产生、发展及现状，总结归纳出网络招聘作为一种新兴的招聘方式存在的问题,即网络提供的信息真实度低；网络招聘甄选人才困难；应用范围狭窄与基础环境薄弱；技术和服务体系不完善：政府部门缺乏有效的管理招聘网站的制度和机构经
