1、-摘要药品作为治病救人的特殊商品，其产品质量与人的身体健康和生命安全息息相关。制药企业科学的供应商管理是保证药品质量的基本要素之一。本文以证明层次分析法可以帮助制药制药企业建立系统、科学、有效的供应商评估体系为目标，阐述供应商管理基本理论,结合药品生产质量管理规范的法规要求，总结出制药企业供应商管理流程。依照该流程，参考众多文献，联系制药行业特点，提出制药企业供应商评估指标体系，包括六大指标和隶属的21项指标。文章重点介绍应用层次分析法构建数学模型来定量评估供应商的方法和步骤。最后以某制药公司的供应商评估为实际案例，对比
