4、mattheDepartmentofOrthopedics,SecondHospitalAffiliatedtoHenanCollegeofTraditionalChineseMedicinefromJanuaryto2004toDecember2006wereselected.Theyconsistedof5malewith5hipsand8femalewith8hipswiththeaverageageof51years(range,28-62years)and9casesofCrowe-Ⅲand4casesofCrowe-Ⅳ.Beforeoperation,thelow
5、erlimbswereshortenedfrom3to6cm.13patientswerefollowedupfor24months(range,12-36months),thelowerlimbswerelengthenedfrom2to6cm,andbothlowerlimbsbasicallyrecoveredthebalance.Therewerenocomplicationappearedsuchasdislocation,femoralfracture,femoralnerveorsciaticnerveinjury,aswellasprostheticloose

7、zglckf.com]摘要：选择2004-01/2006-12河南中医学院第二附属医院骨科收治的髋臼发育不良患者13例13髋，使用Zweymüller系统的非骨水泥双锥面螺旋臼及SL股骨柄，采用软组织彻底松解、原位髋臼、股骨不截骨的全髋置换治疗。其中男5例5髋，女8例8髋；年龄28~62岁，平均51岁；按Crowe分型，Ⅲ型9例9髋，Ⅳ型4例4髋。术前下肢短缩3~6cm。13例患者全部获得随访，随访时间12~36个月，平均24个月。术后下肢延长2~6cm，基本恢复双下肢平衡。未出现关节脱位、股骨干骨折、
