1、自拟中药退黄汤泡浴结合护理路径管理对湿热型新生儿病理性黄疸的影响1.山东省青州市人民医院山东青州262500;2.山东省寿光市人民医院山东青州262700【摘要】A的分析和研宂H拟屮药退黄汤泡浴对湿热型新生儿病理性黄疸的影响。方法选取2013年4月一2015年4月湿热型病理性黄疸患儿68例，将其按抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各有患儿34例。对照组患儿给予常规对症治疗；观察组患儿在常规治疗与护理棊础上加用自拟屮药退黄汤泡浴治疗,将两组患儿治疗6天后的疗效及不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果两组患儿治疗总有效率相比较：观察组高于对照组P<0.05。两组患儿治疗1-6天胆红素水平检测值相比较：两

2、组患儿治疗1-2天胆红素水平检测值无明显差异P〉0.05;观察组患儿治疗3-6天胆红素水平检测值明显低于对照组P<0.05。两组患儿复发率相比较：观察组低于对照组P<0.05。结论将自拟屮药退黄汤泡浴方法应用于湿热型新生儿病理性黄疸患儿治疗屮，其利用新生儿皮肤易于吸收作用，可有效促进新生儿黄疸消退及胆红素水平值恢复，对降低新生儿黄疸再复发具有重要作用。【关键词】自拟屮药退黄汤；泡浴；湿热型；新生儿；病理性黄疸【屮图分类号】R829【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)09-0185-02【Abstract】Objectivetoanalyzeandevaluatethei
