1、-w-香提取液对酒精性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用【摘要】目的探究茴香对小鼠酒精性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用方法用56°北京红星二锅头白洒建立小鼠酒精性胃黏膜损伤模型,用茴香进行干预,30天后,眼球采血测血淸超氧化物歧化酶(S0D)活性和丙二醛(MDA)水平;观察胃黏膜损伤指数,HE染色,观察胃黏膜组织形态学的改变。结果与正常组相比,模型组胃黏膜损伤指数、MDA水平明显升高(P〈0.01),SOD活性明显降低(P〈0.01);胃黏膜表层大部分腺体形态及结构不完整,可见大量腺体结构破坏、脱落。与模型组相比,茴香高剂量组和西咪替丁组胃黏膜损伤指数、MDA水平均明显降低(P<0.05或0.01),SOD
2、活性显著升高(P〈0.05),苘香屮剂量组MDA水平明显降低(P〈0.01);茴香中剂量组和高剂量组胃黏膜表层腺体结构较完整,茴香高剂量组细胞坏死较少。结论茴香可能通过降低脂质过氧化、增加机体氧化应激能力对酒精胃黏膜损伤进行保护。【关键词】茴香;酒精;胃黏膜损伤;氧化应激;超氧化物歧化酶;丙二醛屮图分类号:R573;R965文献标识码:AD0I:10.3969/j.issn.1003-1383.2017.03.003[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheprotectiveeffectsoffennelonalcoholicgastricinjuryinmic
