1、面板堆石坝混凝土面板无轨滑模施工技术摘要:寺坪水电站面板堆石坝坝高90.5m,是目前国内已建和在建的最高的砂砾石面板堆石坝。根据工期要求,面板施工直线工期仅两个半月时间,且全部在冬季施工,自然环境较差,受雨雪天气影响较大。在业主单位寺坪公司的支持下,经过清江施工局、中葛寺坪水电站监理部、长委寺坪水电站设代处等参建单位的精心研究和专家多次咨询的共同努力下,顺利完成了面板施工。其中,无轨滑模月均施工面积居于国内领先水平,为国内同类型高面板坝技术的成熟和发展提供了经验。关键词:混凝土面板堆石坝无轨滑模面板施工1综合说明寺坪水电站工程位

8、+244为16m宽共10块,其余为8m宽共26块。面板总面积4.37万m2,混凝土18590m3(R28250#F100W10,二级配)。2施工难点大坝顶部作业平台进行坝顶加宽处理后为9.2m,施工时设备间干扰较大。面板施工须在3月底全部完成,直线工期仅2个半月
