1、二氧化硅填充PVDF聚合物微孔膜的制各及性能研究中文摘要中文摘要以纳米二氧化硅及聚偏氟乙烯(VVDF)为原料,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为造孔剂,通过溶液共混法制备了聚偏氟乙烯/二氧化硅(PVDF/Si02)复合薄膜,再经甲醇萃取后得复合微孔薄膜。考察了不同溶剂配比及不同表面性质的纳米二氧化硅粉体对复合微孔薄膜性能的影响;测定了不同条件下制备的复合微孔膜的机械性能及孔隙率;并通过电子扫描电镜(SEM)对其形貌进行了分析。探讨了纳米二氧化硅粉体含量对改性聚合物微孔薄膜微观结构的影响。研究发现,溶剂配比对薄膜力学性能有很大影响,当溶剂质
2、量配比为19:1时获得的聚合物薄膜力学性能最佳;随着二氧化硅含量的增加,薄膜的机械性能先提高后降低,当w(Si02)=20wt%时,薄膜的机械强度达到最大值,其拉伸强度为6.36MPa;当纳米Si02表面经改性后,其对PVDF聚合物薄膜的增强效果更佳;复合薄膜孔隙率随着二氧化硅含量的升高而增大。关键词:聚偏氟乙烯;纳米二氧化硅;微孔膜;薄膜改性作者:孙志能指导教师:洪若瑜张志伟Preparationandcharacterizationofsilicareinforcedmicro--porousPVDFfilmsAbstr
