1、-房地产宏观调控探究摘要2010年4月国家对房地产市场进行严厉调控后,当前各大中城市房地产市场相继出现量跌价涨的情况。但是根据以往几次调控经验,房地产市场调控的关键是房地产宏观调控。国家应该理顺房市秩序,完善一些必要的制度和规则,这样就可以推动房地产市场按照本身的规律发展。本文首先谈及目前的房地产宏观调控基本概况，分析了主要宏观调控的手段对房地产的影响，这对促使房地产业正常发展的思路有着重要的作用。关键词：房地产；宏观调控；调控手段-页脚---AbstractOnApril2010,afterourcountryregulatetherealestatemarketstrictly,thec
