1、-我国公务员绩效考核制度存在的问题及对策研究——以XXXXX市为例——以河北省衡水市枣强县为例摘要公务员绩效考核一直是世界各国政府改革的重点和难点，公务员绩效考核也逐渐成为社会各界关注的焦点。做好公务员绩效考核工作，是提高公务员队伍的素质，提高政府部门办事效率及完善政府职能的重要手段。与西方发达国家的公务员绩效考核相比，我国公务员绩效考核起步较晚，还处于初级阶段，虽然近年来我国公务员绩效考核制度和方法不断提高，但随着经济体制和政治体制改革的深入，我国公务员绩效考核也暴露出越来越多的问题，而这些问题亟待解决。因此，本文以河北省衡水市枣强县的公务员绩效考核制
