7、标准是为满足武汉城市圈城际铁路建设需要、实现质量一流的目标而编制的。本暂行标准在编制过程中,依据现行有关技术规范和资料,在汲取我国高速铁路建设成功经验的基础上,立足于技术自主创新,充分体现了武汉城市圈城际铁路CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道的技术特点和质量要求。本暂行标准主要用于指导武汉城市圈城际铁路CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道施工质量管理及验收。本暂行标准应与高速铁路、客运专线有关技术标准配合使用。验收中,当涉及结构安全、系统工程部分的设计文件或设计规范的要求与本暂行标准有差异时,应以标准
