1、摘要各组小鼠眼表及淋巴结中均有免疫炎症的改变,且炎症因子IFN—Y(Thl相关)、IL一6(Thl7相关)、IL一17(Thl7相关)表达升高,IL.13(T112相关)表达降低。结论:研究发现在稳定的正常环境(温度23±1℃,相对湿度45±5%)条件下,使用浓度为O.075%的BAC溶液每天滴眼两次(9am,9pm),连续7天,可成功诱导C57BL/6小鼠干眼模型。此模型能够很好模拟干眼病人的眼表体征,且免疫炎症改变也与干眼病人相似。通过局部用药诱导不易产生全身副作用、诱导方法简单且诱导周期短易推广,因此可以用于干眼病理机制的研究以及干眼治疗新药物的评估等。关键词:干眼;苯扎氯铵;小鼠
