1、护理干预对肿瘤患者疼痛管理的临床效果岳阳市一人民医院湖南岳阳414000【摘要】目的探讨综合护理干预对肿瘤患者疼痛管理的实施效果。方法选择2014年12月至2015年12月70例癌症疼痛患纳入研究对象，按照患者入院治疗的先后时间进行随机分组。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上由疼痛管理小组进行综合护理干预。干预前、后均使用疼痛评估量表、生活质量测定量表对两组患者进行疼痛评估和牛活质量测定。结果观察组与对照组干预前疼痛情况比较，差异无统计学义(,P>；0.05)；观察组与对照组干预后疼痛况比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察
2、组干预前、后比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组干预前、后比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)观察组与对照组干预前比较，差异无统计学意(P>0・05)o观察组与对照组干预后比较，角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、总体健康状况差异有统计学义(P<0.05)；躯体功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o结论通过对肿瘤患者实施综合护理干预，可以有效缓解肿瘤患者疼痛程度，提高牛活质量。【关键词】癌症疼痛；疼痛管理；综合护理干预[Abstract]0bjective:Toexploretheeffectofcomp
