1、进城农民工随迁子女义务教育问题及对策摘要随着我国工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化的不断推进，我国农村剩余劳动力流动日益频繁，进城农民工随迁子女的规模也在不断扩大，其中约100万适龄儿童处于失学状态。党的十八大报告明确指出：要努力办好人民满意的教育。努力办好学前教育，均衡发展九年义务教育，积极推动农民工子女平等接受教育，让每个孩子都能成为有用之才。关心、关注社会问题，响应党和国家号召，为国家发展和社会进步献言献策是每一个青年人的责任。本文通过介绍进城农民工随迁子女的规模大，入学途径单一，存在教育不公平，家庭教育问题突出，农民工子女失学、辍学率高，农民工子女学习效率低，缺乏社会认同等问题；
2、分析出存在问题的原因主要有：户籍政策的限制，义务教育投入不足，义务教育工作机制缺失，农民工家庭教育对子女产生不利影响，学校缺乏科学的教育管理方式等；然后通过搜集相关资料，运用管理学、社会学、经济学等相关理论知识，并结合自身的所见、所闻、所感，提出了解决进城农民工随迁子女义务教育问题，可以通过加快户籍制度改革，加大义务教育投入，完善义务教育工作机制，农民工家庭创造适合子女成长的环境，学校发挥教书育人的职能，社会各界共同努力等措施。百年大计，教育为本。只有让每一个儿童接受教育，提高公民的科学文化素质，建设人力资源强国，才能够实现构建社会主义和谐社会的目标，才能实现中华民族的伟大复兴。关键词：
