1、双心护理在冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者的临床研究湖南省中医药研究院附属医院心血管内科湖南长沙410006【摘要】目的：探讨双心护理在冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者的临床效果。方法：选择62例冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者作为研宄对象，按入院顺序编号，采用随机数字表法进行随机分组；对照组31例，给予心内科常规治疗护理；观察组31例，在对照组的基础上，给予双心护理；对比两组患者的临床疗效及焦虑抑郁缓解情况。结果：护理后，观察组BNP下降水平，LVEF升高水平均显著大于对照组，心脏不良事件发生率及出血发生率均显著小于对照组，差异具有统计学意义

2、（P<0.05）;护理后，观察组SAS评分、SDS评分下降程度显著大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者的双心护理中釆取传统文化《弟子规》等的学习干预，对于改善患者的心功能，解除焦虑抑郁均具有积极作用，值得临床推广使用。【关键词】冠心病；心理护理；焦虑抑郁ClinicalstudyofdoubleheartcareinpatientswithcoronaryheartdiseasewithanxietyanddepressionAffiliatedHospitalofHu
