1、后腹腔镜与开放肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的临床效果对比(江苏省沭阳县屮心医院泌尿外科江苏宿迁223600)【摘要】目的：探究和分析后腹腔镜与开放肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的临床效果。方法：选择我院2010年1月份到2015年6月份接收的乳糜鉍患者10例为主要对象，随机分成对照组和实验组，各5例。对照组给予幵放肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗，实验组给予后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗。观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：在手术时间、住院时间以及拔管时间比较上，实验组比对照组短，差异明显，P<0.05,提示有统计学意义；在术屮出血量比较上，实验组比对照组少，差异明显，P<0.05

7、tion.【Keywords]Retroperitoneoscopy;Openrenalpediclelymphaticligation;Chyluria.Clinicaleffect乳糜尿是一种常见的泌尿科疾病，是丝虫病晚期的常见症状，苏会导致患者蛋白质、脂肪的大量丧失，引起严重营养不良。在治疗上，病情较轻的患者可给予保守治疗，病情较重的患者则需要手术治疗。在手术方法上，肾蒂淋巴管结扎术应用广泛，本院通过对10例乳糜尿患者进行分组，旨在总结后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术与开放肾蒂淋巴管结扎术的治疗效果比较。详细报道如下
