1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要配电自动化是电力企业现代化的必然方向，已经在国外发达国家得到广泛应用，在提高供电可靠性、电能质量和提升管理水平等方面发挥了积极的作用。在我国社会经济迅速发展和人民生活水平不断提高的背景下，相较输电网和发电网配网是发展较为落后的一环，我国传统的配电网运行和管理方式已经不能满足社会对电力企业的要求。配网自动化主要是实现对配网设备的远方监视、远程调度及控制等功能。该技术综合利用现代高度发达的计算机技术和通信技术，将其利用于配网。该技术的实现需要充分考虑各地配网的实际情况，因地制宜。本文基于保定市

2、电谷核心区配电自动化建设项目，对其配网自动化建设进行了相关研究。本文首先阐述配电自动化的背景、意义和概念以及一般建设思路，分析国内配电自动化建设失败的经验教训，结合保定市电谷核心区配电网的现状，确定配电各相关部门对配电自动化系统的需求，确定了适用于核心区配电网的配电自动化设计原则，对网架强化和设备改造、通讯网络、自动化主站、信息交换总线、馈线自动化实现方式等问题提出总体规划与技术实施方案，并做了相关的技术经济性分析，最后对保定电谷核心区的配电自动化系统建设改造情况和实际应用以及经济效益进行了总结。关键词：配电自动化系
