3、对华反倾销却缺乏警觉。本论文首先阐明了倾销与反倾销的基本含义，然后简单介绍了发展中国家对华反倾销的现状，并从行业和产品的特点、贸易差额的对比等多方面对对华反倾销的特点进行了总结，这是本论文着重强调的部分；在此基础上,论文又分析了反倾销从发达国家向发展中国家转变的原因；最后对中国应对反倾销的现状及问题进行分析，并结合我国的国情提出了一些相应的对策。【关键词】发展中国家；反倾销；对策.---CauseofAntidumpingfromDevelopingCountriesagainstChinaandCountermeasuresofOurCountryBusinessAdm
