2、20min,60min,30min,15min,5min,1min后测定其中的碘含量,以此来考察海带中碘的含量以及随着浸泡时间的增加海带中碘的流失率。研究计划1)2010.11月~2010.12月进行了相关实验背景和文献资料的收集整理,初步确定实验方案。2)2011.2月~2011.3月对实验中涉及到的具体实验仪器与化学药品进行初步汇总。3)2011.3月~2011.4月对实验所需原料、药品、仪器进行采购。4)2011.3月~2011.5月具体实验阶段,通过实验,测定海带中的碘含量,并探索海带中碘在水中浸泡的流失率。5)后期阶段,
