1、孟鲁司特联用布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的Meta分析摘要.•目的评价孟鲁司特联用布地奈德对儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的有效性和安全性。方法在PubMed、EMBASE、CENTRAL、CBM和CNKI等数据库中检索从创建以来至2014年3月关于孟鲁司特联用布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的随机对照试验的文献，由研宂人员对文献进行筛选和数据提取，并用RevMan5.0进行Meta分析。结果纳入19项研宄，1357例儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘，其中孟鲁司特联用布地奈德组812例和对照组792例，Meta分析显示：两组近期有效率、肺功能改善情况（FEV1、PEF）、随访复发情
2、况孟鲁司特联用布地奈德组与对照组有显著统计学差异（1X0.01），而对于不良反应发生情况，两组相比无显著统计学意义（P=0.21）；且无严重不良反应发生。结论孟鲁司特联用布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘可以提高患儿临床冇效率，改善肺功能，减少复发率，并且未显著增加不良反应发生率，但仍然需要开展更多高质量的多中心、大样本、前瞻性、随机、双盲临床试验加以进一步验证。关键词：孟鲁司特；布地奈德；儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘；Meta分析AnalysisofMontelukastCombinedwithBudesonideintheTreatmentofChildrenwit
