2、ordevelopmentfromgoodmedicineeconomicenvironment.Sofartheworld'stop20pharmaceuticalmanufacturingenterpriseshavesetupfactoriesinchina,J&Jisoneofthem.J&JhavebeengraduallyestablishedsixbranchesintheChineseterritorysince1980s,ofwhichfourhavemadeaveryimpressiveperformance,XJPandJJCarebothoutstanding,but
3、SJJPhaspoorperformanceasoneofJ&Jsubsidiaries.SJJPhasdroppedby5%(onlytheauthorisresponsiblefortheWareahasbeenmadeoverthepreviousyearup29%oftheperformanceinallsalesregionsin2007)intheconditionofaverageincreaseof22.8%ofpharmaceuticalindustryin2007.Icollectedandcollatedbylargelargeamountofprimaryandsec
4、ondaryinformationwiththesequestions.andcarriedoutvariousinternalmeetingsandtheexchangeofpersonalinterviews.ImakefulluseofG-PEST,PORTERcompetitiveanalysis,SWORT,4Pand4C,differentiatedservices,humanresources5Pmodel,modernmarketingtheoryaboutSJJPexistingintheinternalandexternalenvironment,marketingmod
5、e,customerservice,marketingandmanagementfortheexistingproblemwithfiveyearsworkexperienceinXJP.IfoundhinderthedevelopmentoftherootcausesofSJJPonthebasisoftheresearch,haveproposedajointproductfocustoJ&Jbrandpromotionandbuildingextendstocounty-levelcities-intensivedistributionchannelswithaviewtotraini
