7、发展的作用,另一方面,如果房地产业发展失去平衡, 就会牵制国民经济的发展。经过这几年的发展,房地产业已经成为了我国国民经济的支柱性产业,根据中国统计公报显示,2004年我国房地产投资在国民生产总 值中占9.6%,而且带动其他相关产业的固定资产投资已经超过了国民生产总值的 50%,说明房地产行业在我国国民经济中占据着非常重要的作用。在胡润排行榜和福布斯排行榜上,地产界的富人数量超过了任何一个行业,因此房地产行业被认为是一个暴力行业。中原地产华北区董事总经理李文杰还指出在实行“招拍挂”以 前,房
