6、oinitiativeinlearningvocabulary 在英语教学中，我经常看见的就是学生们只忙着写英语作业，很少看见学生能够自主的学习词汇。这就是学生缺少学习主动性的表现。所以在教课之前教师在生词领读方面首先要讲解词义，让学生记住其基本表现形态。其次制定掌握的目标，让学生自主学习。自主学习不等于自学，它是在教师的引导之下，主动地完成确定的学习目标并制定一定的学习计划，逐步的让学生养成自主学习的意识和方法。因此，我总结教学实践，将以教授为中心的教学模式转移到以学生自主学习为主，让学习方法在学生心中扎根，
