1、整体性护理干预对透析患者心理状态的影响湖北省应城市人民医院摘要：目的:分析整体性护理干预对透析患者心理状态的影响。方法:选取我院2014年4月-2016年4月血液透析中心收治的120例血液透析患者为研宂对象，按照患者入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组各60例。予以对照组常规护理，予以观察组整体性护理干预。分析两组护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分，自制问卷评估两组护理后护理满意度。结果:护理前SDS、SAS评分两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.095,1.493;P>0.05);护理后观察组SDS分数、SAS分数均显著低于对照
2、组的评分，差昇有统计学意义(t=-55.285，-32.813;P<0.05):护理后观察组护理满意度为96.67%，显著高于对照组的56.67%，差异有统计学意义(x2=26.832,P〈0.05)。结论:整体性护理干预可显著改善血液透析患者抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪，提高患者护理满意度。关键词：整体性护理干预;透析;心理状态;护理满意度;焦虑;抑郁;作者简介：陈铭E-mail:chenmingdh@163.com收稿日期：2017-10-11TheEffectofHolisticNursingInterventiononPsychologicalS
