1、椎弓根钉联合椎间融合器内固定治疗腰椎间盘突出并椎体滑脱的临床研究浏阳市骨伤科医院湖南浏阳410327【摘要】目的探讨椎弓根钉联合椎间融合器内固定治疗法在腰椎间盘突出并椎体滑脱的应用效果。方法收集2013年2月至2015年2月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出并椎体滑脱患者50例，所有患者均采用椎弓钉联合椎间融合器内固定治疗进行治疗，比较患者治疗前后的JOA评分、VAS评分和ODI指数。结果治疗前JOA评分为6.48±0.52分，治疗后3个月JOA评分为10.16±0.74分，P<0.05；治疗后1年JOA评分为1
2、2.63±0.48分,P<0.05；治疗前VAS评分为5.82±1.38分，治疗后3个月VAS评分为2.08±0.56分，P<0.05；治疗后1年VAS评分为1.45±0.31分,P<0.05；治疗前ODI指数为76.38±12.07%,治疗后3个月ODI评分为24.22±7.59%,P<0.05；治疗后1年ODI指数为14.47±3.28%,P<0.05；50例患者屮，15例患者优，21例患者良，9例患者尚
