1、太芪培元颗粒治疗HIV感染者临床病例观察ObservationofclinicalcasesoftreatmentofHIVinfectionbyTaiqiPeiyuangranule魏叶叶马建萍'(1新疆医科火学新疆乌魯木齐8300002新疆维吾尔&治区中医医院新疆乌魯木齐830000)摘耍:目的:对太芪培元颗粒对气阴两虚肺肾不足的H1V感染者的临床病例观察;方法:采取前瞻性队列研宂的方法,纳入HIV感染者81例,给予太芪培元颗粒门服180天,按照CD/T淋巴细胞计数上升>50个和上升〈5个分为治疗有效组和治疗无效组
2、,并按照性别、民族匹配选取10个样本进行病例观察。观察指标包括CD?T淋巴细胞、CD8+T淋巴细胞、中医症状体征积分、HIVRNA病毒载量的差异。结果:治疗有效组CD;T淋巴细胞升高和中医症状积分的降低是显著的(P〈0.05),治疗无效组CDZT淋巴细胞降低显著(P〈0.05)。且总样本前后比较,屮医症状积分的降低具有显著性(P〈0.05);对CD/T淋巴细胞和屮医症状积分进行pearson相关分析得出,治疗有效组、治疗无效组、以及总样本中这种相关性均不具有统计学意义。结论:太芪培元颗粒可以有效改善气阴两虚肺肾不足型HI
