5、eandmoreexceptionsandquestionsonthemodelsdevelopedsofar(LovelockandGummesson,2004;VargoandLush,2004).Inthiscomplexcontext,thispaperaimstomakeanin-depthstudyofthefieldofculturalservicesmanagementbyusingtwoconcurrentperspectives–relationshipmarketingandservicesmarketing–,inordertocont

6、ributetothedevelopmentofthenewmarketingdomain:culturalmarketing(Kotler,2005).Thisisafieldstillinitsdevelopmentphase,buthasprobablyfound,withthesenewtrends,therightmomenttogrowanddevelopmanagementstructuresandmodelsthatmeetitsparticularrequirements.Fromtheverybeginning,contributionsm
