2、actualrunningconditionsofavehicle,andexploredthechangingpatternsofthekinematiccharacteristicparametersintheprocessofsuspensionmotion.Theirrationalityofthesuspensionguidingmechanismdesignwaspointedoutthroughsimulationandanalysis,andtheexistentproblemsoftheguidingmechanismwereoptimize

3、dandcalculated.Theresultsshowthatallthefront-wheelalignmentparameters,includingthecamber,thetoe,thecasterandtheinclination,onlyslightlychangewithincorrespondingallowablerangesindesignbeforeandafteroptimization.Theoptimizationreducesthevariationofthewheel-centerdistancefrom47.01mmtoa

4、changeof8.28mmwithintheallowablerangeof-10mmto10mm,promisinganimprovementofthevehiclesteeringstability.Theoptimizationalsoconfinesthefront-wheelsidewaysslippagetoamuchsmallerchangeof2.23mm;thishelpstogreatlyreducethewearoftiresandassurethestraightrunningstabilityofthevehicle.Keyword
