1、大it大嗲本科毕业论文（设计）说明书论文题目：金属板材自动弯卷成型机设计摘要木设计针对生产需要滚卷板材成形加工，设计了自动滚卷成型卷板机。论文分析论述了国内外卷板成型加工的发展概况，进行卷板机的结构设计、卷绕工艺过程的力学分析，并进行了主要部件的强度设计和分析。卷板机是现代工业屮不可缺少的重要设备之一。从结构特点上来看，卷板机主要由一个上辊两个下辊（呈宝塔形状）组成，用该机加工圆孤形成工件时，是由上辊垂直往下移动的同时进行转动，对工件（即钢板）产生向下的压力P;而压力P必须克服工件的屈服强度，使其产生弯曲变形，然后下面两个下辊向同一方

2、向进行转动，从而移动钢板而达到加工成一定曲率半径R的（圆孤）成形工件。当加工的工件材质一定时，压力P的大小只取决于工件的厚度与宽度b及两下辊间距离U提高单位时间工效是经济效益的直接体现。提高经济效益只靠职工的操作熟练程度是不够的，还得有性能良好的设备，也就是软、硬件要相符。大体上职工的技术水平和设备还是相配的，唯独缺少的是在加工细节的同时缺少一些设备。三辊式卷板机设备简单，投资较少,适合多品种、小批量钢管生产。本论文设计的就是对称式三辊卷板机。关键词：卷板机弯曲塑性变形卷板力上料装罝AbstractThispaperhasdesign
