1、宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的临床处理策略研究何伟［摘要］目的：研究探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的临床处理策略。方法：选取我院收治的宫颈上皮内瘤变患者100例作为硏究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组50例，保守组患者给予常规保守方法进行治疗，宫颈环形电切组患者给予宫颈环形电切术进行治疗，对比手术相关指标，并对患者进行一年的随访，对比两组手术愈合率和复发率。结果：宫颈环形电切组患者手术时间、手术出血量和手术不良现象跟保守组相比均比较少，比较有显著差异，具备统计学意义（PV0.05）。经过随访，宫颈环形电切组患者手术切口愈合率显著高于保守组，而复发率明显低于保守组，比较有显著差异，具
