1、妇产科腹部手术切口感染的护理对策及防护措施哈尔滨市阿城区妇幼保健计划牛育服务中心黑龙江哈尔滨150300【摘要】目的：探讨妇产科腹部手术切口感染的原因，对相关因素进行分析并提出护理对策，为其寻找最佳的预防措施与方法。方法：选取2014年6月一2015年7月妇产科腹部手术患者90例，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，从患者自身、手术及用药3个方面分析切口感染的相关因素。结果90例妇产科腹部手术患者中有5例出现切口感染，感染率为4.62%；经对比发现，自身因素中，年龄≥60岁、ASA分级III级、血红蛋白水平＜口0
2、£/L、体重指数&莎;22、住院时间＞7d及伴有基础疾病或感染与切口感染相关，感染率分别为2.50%、3.06%、4.58%、2.60%、6.24%、2.15%,差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）；手术因素中，手术时间≥2h.急诊手术、接台及非主刀缝合人员与切口感染相关，感染率分别为2.23%、4.14%、2.62%、1.89%,差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）；用药因素中，预防性应用抗菌药物和围术期用药等因素与切口感染相关，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：妇产科腹部手术切口感染的影响因素较多，在围术
