1、乳晕边缘切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效及安全性分黄燕东封凯(内蒙古包头医学院第一附属医院内蒙古包头014010}【摘要】目的：分析乳晕边缘切门手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取于2013年1月〜2014年1月來院治疗的乳腺纤维瘤患者78例作为研究对象，按治疗方式的不同，分为对照组(n=39例)和观察组(n=39例)，对照组行传统放射状切门治疗，观察组行乳晕边缘切门手术治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床效果及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组手术时间高于对照组，但乳晕边缘切门瘢痕较对照组小，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为12
