1、护士专业化管理对提高手术室护理质量的效果评价［摘要］目的对护士专业化管理在手术室护理质量中的应用效果进行探究。方法在2015年1月〜2016年1月选取我院手术室及其护士为研宄对象，依照手术室自身特点、疾病科室将手术间、护士分为6个专业组，同时结合每组手术台数、难易程度再次分配护士，达到专业组内细化分工的目的，形成一项专业化的手术护士管理模式。观察专业化管理实施前后的患者、医生满意度及护士自我评价情况。结果专业化管理实施后，护士对自我评价中的肯定比例较实施前增多，差异有统计学意义；实施后患者护理满意度、医生护理满意度均明显高于实
